the photo itself is pretty good, in my eyes.
the light is great, very nice use of vignetting, putting the main emphasis on the hut. also, i think the chosen point of view/perspective is very good - the bushes in the foreground add to this ghost town feeling. and so does the black and white conversion.
what's distracting though, is the very bright spot above the roof, right in the middle. i am not 100% sure if that's the sun, as this wouldn't quite match with the shadows.
this spot looks a bit too grainy/pixelated and is, in my eyes, the only flaw, in an otherwise great capture.
